KF Property Network to close, agents can opt to transition to OrangeTee; rest of Knight Frank’s residential business intact

KFPN will disappear by the end of 2026, Knight Frank stated in reply to EdgeProp Singapore’s queries.

Property sales representatives from KF Property Network (KFPN) will be able to shift to OrangeTee & Tie, within a contract in between OrangeTee and Knight Frank.

Tan Tee Khoon, head of KFPN, stated: “We are certain that our sales representatives that select to shift will discover both continuity and new opportunities for development.”

In identifying the appropriate company for its salesmans, Knight Frank chose OrangeTee for its scale, modern technology, training, client-first culture and governance that can support the representatives over the long term.

Since June 2026, KFPN had approximately 97 signed up representatives. OrangeTee, a participant of Realion Group, has around 2,567 representatives, making it Singapore’s fourth-largest property firm by signed up sales representatives.

In 2025, greater than 100 agents from KFPN left for SRI. That made up about 40% of the 274-strong salesforce at Knight Frank Singapore’s company as of January 2024, when it had been rated the sixth-largest property company in Singapore.

OrangeTee, meanwhile, said it is concentrated on developing a salesforce of similar professionals that share a dedication to professionalism and customer service.

The firm included that whilst representatives can select where they want to sign up their licences, what makes this agreement distinctive is that it is an organized, mutually supported transition developed right between Knight Frank and OrangeTee leadership.

All agents at KFPN will be eligible for this organization continuity program.

It enters as Knight Frank seeks to develop its emphasis on its necessary core business main concerns and closer regional integration, according to a July 27 joint statement.

The partnership between the two companies to sustain KFPN agents complies with “considerable strategic discussions” that started in late 2025, the news specified.

Justin Quek, CEO of OrangeTee and deputy group CEO of Realion Group, kept in mind that the company anticipates supporting the salespersons from KFPN “as they work out in and proceed building on what they have actually already accomplished”.

This will help ensure continuity for clients whilst sustaining the long-term growth of their businesses.

” Unlike individual transfers, this organized arrangement will certainly make certain seamless management onboarding and, most significantly, no disruption to clients these experts offer,” Knight Frank informed EdgeProp Singapore. “We are providing a validated, stable platform for their long-term occupation development.”

Salespersons that choose to move are going to have the ability to access expanded training, technology, business advancement resources and the wider Realion Group environment.
